I really wanted to like this, but for what it costs, I expected a lot better. The quality is just okay, and it doesn’t feel much different from cheaper stuff I’ve bought before. On top of that, shipping made it even more expensive. If this is the kind of value they’re offering, I’ll probably take my money somewhere else next time.

I ordered what looked like a nice soft brown, but when it arrived it was almost orange. I totally get that colors can look a little different on screens, but this wasn’t even close. Now I’m kind of hesitant to trust the site photos or colors again.

I wanted to like this, but my hair still felt exposed when I used it. I kept wondering if I was just being fooled by the claims because I didn’t feel much actual protection. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it didn’t give me much confidence.

The styles felt limited to me. There just wasn’t much to choose from, so I had a hard time finding something I really liked.

I’m still waiting for my order to show up, and the shipping has been way slower than expected. I’m sure the product is great whenever it finally decides to arrive, but this delivery time is not exactly impressive.

I’m giving this 1 star because of the customer service, not because of the product itself. I reached out about an issue with my order and it took way longer than expected to hear anything back??
When someone finally replied, it didn’t really answer what I was asking. I had to explain the whole thing again, and it felt like nobody had actually looked into my order at all.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine was frustrating. I just wanted a clear answer and a little help, but instead it turned into way more stress than it needed to be??

As someone who’s careful about what I spend, the prices were just higher than I was expecting. I ended up not ordering because it didn’t feel worth it for me personally. I’m sure it might be fine for other people, but it wasn’t really in my budget
